  • The Blacklies sind eine italienische Rockband aus Pisa, Italien. Die Band wurde 2004 gegründet und konnte im Jahr 2008 ihr Debütalbum veröffentlichen. Nach der Gründung fanden zahlreiche Konzerte statt, welche auch Festival-Auftritte beinhalten. Unter anderem spielte die Band auch beim Lucca Summer Festival 2007, dem Play Arezzo Art Festival 2008 und das Pistoia Blues Festival 2010 . 2012 folgte dann das zweite Album Kendra, dass wie ihr erstes Album Groundfloor im Londoner Britannia Row Studios . Weiterhin fanden auch Touren in Deutschland, Frankreich und der Schweiz statt.

Tra i vari premi, i The Blacklies possono vantare la vittoria al Lucca Summer Giovani(edizione 2006), festival per gruppi esordienti finanziato dal più prestigioso Lucca Summer Festival (2006).

Dal 2004 la band è composta dal cantante e tastierista Francesco Thomas Ferretti, dal chitarrista Emiliano Mammini dal batterista Salvatore La Bella e dal bassista Francesco Rossi.
