rdfs:comment
  • Gypsy Day Pot Roast Put a 4 to 5 lb. round bone or 6 bone roast in oiled roasting pan and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder and sprinkle of liquid smoke. Cove pan and put in cold oven at 8 in the morning. Turn oven to 150. Forget about the whole thing and spend the day outdoors. At 6 or 7 in the evening, serve slices of roast, done to tender perfection with hot applesauce, steamed fresh broccoli and slices of bread. If the roast is going to cook less than 10 hours, set the oven temperature to 200. Source: My Old Recipes
