  • Bunny Cupcakes Source: local supermarket flyer 1 box Betty Crocker� SuperMoist yellow or white cake mix Water, vegetable oil & eggs called for on cake mix box Few drops red food color 2 tubs Betty Crocker� Whipped Fluffy White Frosting 5 lg marshmallows Pink sugar, candy decorations & sprinkles, as desired Heat over to 350�F (325�F for dark or nonstick pans). Make & cool cake as directed on box for 24 cupcakes. Stir just enough red food color into 1 tub frosting to tint frosting pink. Frost cupcakes with pink frosting. Spoon 1 heaping teaspoonful of white frosting on center of each cupcake. To make ears, cut each lg marshmallow crosswise into 5 pieces with kitchen scissors.
