In the year 2392, a cadet ship which carried encrypted documents about the temple was attacked by the Orion Syndicate and crashed on a planet in the lesser magellanic cloud. The Federation was able to retrieve the documents from the wreckage, but shortly after the retrieval, the secret services of the Romulans and the Kzinti tried to steal the documents.
