Charlie Reynolds is featured in the Star Trek: The Dominion War novelizations Call to Arms and Sacrifice of Angels, in which he is portrayed as blond and bearded. The character also appears in Articles of the Federation, where author Keith R.A. DeCandido derived his personality from the Dominion War novels. [1] The Sacrifice of Angels novelization gives his name as Charles W. Reynolds. Reynolds is also an available commander for the Federation Alliance in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine - Dominion Wars, where he appears to be of African descent.
