Years later she had a dream of Tulak Hord's Ghost awakening and causing chaos for the Sith who sought his legacy but also in their premonition she saw a young youth greeting the Ghost as one of their own, gaining knowledge and power from the Ghost and going on to become one of the greatest Sith that the Galaxy has ever seen, Ziz came to Korriban seeking an apprentice and took the youth dubbed "Abadeon" as her apprentice. When the time came her apprentice calmed Tulak Hord's Ghost and learned from his knowledge and skill, becoming a master of the Dark side and a Swordmaster with skill unseen since the Tulak Hord era, she asked the youth how he did it and when Abadeon commented that he was apparently Hord's descendant leading Ziz to understand that Abadeon was actually her own son, Alec. Darth Ziz gifted Abadeon with the title of Lord Abadeon and the two of them began setting up the foundations of a massive power-base in the Galaxy after she and her apprentice killed the ever vigilant Darth Skaria, which would become known as the Cult of Discordia becoming a major Business and Criminal Syndicate on the side, Ziz however thought up a new plan to put into action which included the building of a massive Korriban-wide Dark side nexus and Ziz transferring her conscious into a new body while the tomb of her old body acted as the cornerstone for the Force nexus. Ziz had everything well planed out and had already completed the Tomb of Darkness however her plans started to become derailed when her own Ancestor, Tulak Hord, warned her son and his successor about her plans causing Abadeon to enter into this confrontation far more prepared than she had intended. She completed the Nexus however her son defeated her as she was using the Transfer essence ritual and her spirit became trapped in the Force nexus she had created, the information she learned from the other spirits in this form however taught her of the Typhojem and the importance of their unity in the face of the Light side caused her to regret her plan, her redemption from her action was put into action when the newly titled Darth Abadeon forgave her while visiting the tomb and sought for ways in which he could revive her and bring the other Typhojem together. It would be many thousands of years however before such a change would occur, as the Galactic Empire strove the contain rebellions across the galaxy the sacrifice of one redeemed Sith Acolyte deep in the Dark side known as Galen Marek would cause ripples that would awaken Ziz and her son from their individually unique slumbers and awaken elements that would aid Ziz's rebirth.
