  • Ziro the Hutt

  • In the game, Ziro gives players access bounty hunter missions like Jabba the Hutt in the other LEGO Star Wars games, and can be found on the Separatist's ship. Ziro's bounty hunter missions are unlocked by completing the mission "Hostage Crisis".
  • Ziro Desilijic Tiure was a Hutt crime lord and one of Jabba Desilijic Tiure's uncles. He was a brother of Zorba the Hutt. After he helped Count Dooku in a Separatist plot to kidnap his own nephew and son of Jabba, Rotta, he was arrested and taken to the Republic Judiciary Central Detention Center. He was later rescued by the bounty hunter Cad Bane and his team. "Ziro is Jabba's greedy uncle. His greed drove him to kidnap Rotta the Huttlet, and Padme. He is sent to prison for that. He is broken out by Cad Bane the bounty hunter."
  • Starting out as a loan shark on Sleheyron, Ziro moved to Coruscant to pursue a bigger career. He did, however, adopt the tattoos, headdress and jewels of wealthy Sleheyroni Hutts. He eventually became a vigo of the criminal organization Black Sun, and had a tattoo of its symbol. He used a rundown tower that used to belong to the Lantillian Spacers' Brotherhood as his personal base. The tower was transformed into a gaudy-looking pleasure palace.[1]
  • Ziro the Hutt, technically Ziro Desilijic Tiure, spawn of Mama the Hutt, was the bizarre purple Hutt with crayon scribbles drawn all over him, who was introduced in The Clone Wars as a rival to Jar Jar Binks as the most offensive stereotype in canon. The poncing, mint-julep-drinking New Orleans... I mean Nal Hutta dandy was in no way based on Truman Capote. Truman Capote was a lot cooler; remember, he had that one cameo in Murder by Death. Cad Bane rescued Ziro from jail once... on the condition that he remain silent about any of his jail-time exploits; Bane didn't want to know.
  • During the Clone Wars, Ziro ordered the murder of fellow Black Sun vigos, though his IG-86 assassin droid, KRONOS-327, failed in this task. Shortly after KRONOS-327 reported his failure, Ziro was approached by Senator Padmé Amidala at his palace on Coruscant, when she tried to reopen communications with the Hutts, as they believed that the Jedi had abducted Jabba's son, Rotta.

Cad Bane rescued Ziro from jail once... on the condition that he remain silent about any of his jail-time exploits; Bane didn't want to know. The galaxy was stunned when it was revealed that Ziro had an ongoing affair with the ravishing and incontrovertibly female Sy Snootles... well, at first the galaxy burst into laughter, then went through a period of goggle-eyed disbelief, and then the galaxy was stunned. Then the galaxy pictured Sy Snootles and Ziro having sex and vomited profusely for weeks. Hutt gay bars immediately stopped calling happy hour "Ziro hour" when they found out. Unfortunately, Ziro's cruel treatment of Sy came back to haunt him; he was murdered by the selfsame crazy ex-girlfriend. After that, Jabba the Hutt pretended Ziro never existed. Then again, Jabba pretended Rotta never existed, too. You know what, maybe it's better we all pretended Ziro never existed.

The tower was transformed into a gaudy-looking pleasure palace.[1] During the Clone Wars, Ziro ordered the murder of fellow Black Sun vigos, though his IG-86 assassin droid, KRONOS-327, failed in this task. Shortly after KRONOS-327 reported his failure, Ziro was approached by Senator Padmé Amidala at his palace on Coruscant, when she tried to reopen communications with the Hutts, as they believed that the Jedi had abducted Jabba's son, Rotta. In reality, Ziro had struck a deal with Count Dooku to kidnap the child as part of a plot against his nephew. When the Jedi sent to retrieve Rotta died, the Order would have no choice but to bring Jabba to justice and Ziro would gain control of the Hutt empire. He attempted to dispose of Amidala, but was ultimately apprehended by Republic troops led by C-3PO and put into custody. Via holocomm, he was forced to confess to his nephew of his part in his grandnephew's kidnapping. Furious at his Uncle's treachery, Jabba vowed to have him punished severely.[2] Ziro gets released from prison. During a raid on the Galactic Senate, bounty hunter Cad Bane commanded Supreme Chancellor Palpatine to release Ziro, who was being held in the Republic Judiciary Central Detention Center. The Hutt was released via Palpatine's orders to save several the Senators' lives, whom Bane and his team had captured as ransom for Ziro's escape. After Ziro was picked up by 3D, Bane demanded payment, claiming he "didn't work for free."[3] Later, when the Jedi Council was seeking information on the Nightsisters after the attack on the Sedawan, Ziro was held captive in his own palace by Asajj Ventress. He was rescued by two Jedi, but was also confronted by Ros Lai at the same time, whom Ziro owed a debt. The Jedi agreed to cover Ziro's debt and give Ros Lai transport off Coruscant in exchange for a data chip containing intercepted Nightsister transmissions "Ziro is Jabba's greedy uncle. His greed drove him to kidnap Rotta the Huttlet, and Padme. He is sent to prison for that. He is broken out by Cad Bane the bounty hunter."

Shortly after KRONOS-327 reported his failure, Ziro was approached by Senator Padmé Amidala at his palace on Coruscant, when she tried to reopen communications with the Hutts, as they believed that the Jedi had abducted Jabba's son, Rotta. In the film, it was revealed he had Jabba's son kidnapped under the orders of Count Dooku. When Padme Amidala arrives for a negotiation, he sents her to his dungeon. When the Republic found out, they arrested him for this and trying to kill Padme who they rescue and put him in jail removing Ziro from the Galactic Senate. While in jail he managed to hire Aurra Sing to kill Padne Amidala the woman who was responsible for catching him but Aurra failed in the end. After Sing was captured, Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano and Jedi Master Anakin Skywalker visited Ziro in his cell. He admitted to the assassination attempt, which extended his sentence in the facility. Some time later, Ziro was broken out of jail by Cad Bane, but Sy Snootles shot him the heart with a blaster eventually, once she had manipulated him into getting her a hidden holopad for the Hutt Council. Around this time, the Jedi Counci sent Jedi Masters Obi-Wan Kenobi and Quinlan Vos to bring Ziro to justice. Their investigation naturally led them to the Hutt Council's stronghold on Nal Hutta, where Vos used his natural psychometry abilities to track Ziro to his mother's house, who then directed them to Teth. However, by the time the Jedi and Cad Bane arrived, Ziro was already dead.
