Haines zleca Michaelowi, Trevorowi oraz Franklinowi kilka zadań, które mają na celu osłabienie konkurencyjnego IAA oraz zlikwidowanie dowodów przeciwko Hainesowi. Podczas misji Trzecie wyjście, Trevor proponuje Michaelowi zabić Dave'a, jednak Michael się na to nie zgadza.
