  • Spin Master, known in Japan as Miracle Adventure, is a platformer game released in 1993 by Data East for the Neo Geo, being their first game for the platform. The game was later released on the Wii Virtual Console in 2010. This game draws heavily from Joe & Mac, another Data East game, both on gameplay and graphical style. It also sees the return of the Mad Doctor, a recurring villain from Data East's games who had appeared previously on Tumble Pop and Diet Go Go and also appears in Joe & Mac Returns. Spin Master received a semi-sequel for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis called Dashin' Desperadoes.
  • Spin Master is a Toronto-based toy company that holds the license to create action figures and other toys for Disney's TRON: Legacy. The company began in 1994 but took on the name Spin Master Toys in 1995. In addition to TRON: Legacy they also create the popular Air Hogs, Tech Deck, Bakugan, Mighty Beans and Storm Hawks toys.
  • The origins of the company began in 1994, when the three company founders came out with a product called The Earth Buddy. It was originally incorporated at that time as Seiger Marketing, Inc. In 1995, the company adopted the name of Spin Master Toys. In 1996, the company released the Air Hogs line of air-pressured flying toys based on the design of two British inventors. Over the next decade Spin Master diversified its offering beyond traditional toys. The company dropped "Toys" from its name and adopted its current name in 2004 to reflect the diversity of its products.
