  • In 22 BBY, the warrior cult, Death Watch devised a bombing of the Memorial Shrine in the capital city of Sundari on Mandalore. The attack was launched as Duchess Satine Kryze and Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi were walking through Peace Park towards the shrine. The blast injured numerous bystanders and, as Satine went to assist the wounded, a hologram of the Death Watch's symbol appeared where the shrine once stood. Upon seeing this, Kenobi ordered Satine's royal guards to return her to the palace and prevent anyone from leaving the site until he had interviewed everyone nearby. However, almost as soon as he had stated this, the man responsible for the bombing quickly fled the scene, but not without catching Obi-Wan's attention. He pursued the bomber until he came to a balcony, where he then attempted to negotiate. But the bomber drew his blaster and opened fire in an attempt to kill the Jedi. Kenobi easily disarmed the man when Satine arrived, and the bomber then, to prevent his capture, dropped himself off the balcony as he shouted his views of the New Mandalorian government in Mando'a. He died from this only moments later.
