A member of the Academy City Board of Directors and specializing in the medical field, she was brainwashed by Kihara Yuiitsu into having the same intellectual curiosity as hers culminating in Hisako's creation of the Agitate Halation Project. As the architect of the project, several events prior to her introduction are indirectly caused by her. She later becomes an AIM thought being in the duration of the Agitate Halation Arc but wants to go a step further, though fails utterly and is punished severely for her efforts at the end of the story arc.
