  • Putties are said to be nature spirits, and are known as as the "thieves of the forest" by the people of Ivoire. Sightings of them are rare however, and they generally try to avoid people. The Putty Smith is a Putty unit you will be able to create after defeating 20 Putty Smith units, which are most commonly found in Putty-type Random Dungeons. As an artisan-type unit he is not well suited to battle, but has decent HP with low but balanced ATK, INT and RES. It's not really proficient in any art, but is decent with Physical, Time/Space, and Status skills allowing for some versatility. The Putty Smith is versatile in his weaponry, and can be manipulated depending on the player's preferences.

abstract
It has a low-average confinement time, an average movement range and is a reasonable thief should he need to be. Its human equivalent is the Blacksmith. The Putty Smith can be used to replace the Blacksmith on Phantom Isle, where it can be used to level up items and awaken their dormant skills using the Mana they have accumulated in battle. The higher the Putty Smith's level, the less Mana it costs to increase a weapon's level.
