  • General Olmedo was the secondary antagonist of the 1990 action film Delta Force 2: The Colombian Connection. he was a corrupt South American military officer who commanded Ramon Cota's private army in San Carlos. On the surface, he was loyal to Cota, but secretly he wanted to take over Cota's drug operation. When Cota was abducted by Scott McCoy and John Page, Olmedo got into his personal helicopter gunship and pursued them, attempting to kill them and Cota. He failed numerous times due to his pilot's poor aim. Eventually, his helicopter was shot down by the Delta Force at the order of General Taylor, killing both Olmedo and his pilot.
