The song is about indigenous people fighting for their land, and to illustrate the song's theme, Roger was joined onstage for his performance by a Cree-Indian pow-wow dancer, a Norwegian Sami and a Thule Eskimo.

On the night it was performed 18th following Croatia and preceding FYR Macedonia. At the close of voting it finished in 7th place with 88 points, a much better placing for a Swedish entry on home ground since their poor showing in Malmo only 8 years prior.
