  • Ryan Haruo Kuwabara (Japanese: 桑原 ライアン春男, Kuwabara Ryan Haruo) (b. March 23rd 1972 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada) is a retired professional right winger. An Ottawa 67's alumni, where he enjoyed three fine seasons (including a 100 points effort in 1991-92, Kuwabara was drafted to the National Hockey League 39th overall in the 1990 NHL Entry Draft by the Montreal Canadiens. Kuwabara played in the Habs' organisation for two seasons, with the Fredericton Canadiens of the American Hockey League and the Wheeling Thunderbirds of the ECHL following his junior days.
