  • Tarsem Johal was a male Starfleet officer in the 24th century. As of 2374, he was commanding officer of the covert cultural observation outpost on planet Coroticus III. That year, he and his crew were forced to abandon the planet ahead of a Dominion invasion force, and was forced to leave his tactical officer, Lieutenant Saed Squire, behind. He returned to Coroticus in late 2376, after the war, to oversee the restoration of the outpost and to assess the damage done during the Federation's absence. Following this mission, Johal retired to one of the moons of Shiralea, where his sons owned a strawberry farm. (SCE eBook: Fables of the Prime Directive)

Curiously, he does not seem to recognize Fabian Stevens as a Human, as he explains to him that strawberries are an Earth fruit.
