October 5, 2010 - The show was cancelled and the Phineas and Ferb Go Looney Tunes was delayed due to the launch of The Fairly OddParents Go Looney Tunes (Formerly goes Looney Tunes) December 1, 2010 - The launch of Phineas and Ferb Go Looney Tunes was annouced to be in December 4, 2010. January 7, 2011 - The show was delayed until March 4, 2011 due to polishing the show and new characters. But it continues to put more episode titles until February, 2011. This is also the date where its sister show, The Fairly OddParents Go Looney Tunes was cancelled. March 4, 2011 - The show ended its delay and the show is now writing the plots of upcoming cartoons such as Roller-Croaster (Under-Construction), Time Washing (Proposed) and Explosion-Inator. March 6, 2011 - The show was later renamed as "Phineas and Ferbe-Tunes" (Named after "Phineas and Ferbe-Tones). But the Go Looney Tunes title will still remain.
