  • Savings and Loans was one of two banks in Little Town, the other being the Bowery Bank. It was the place of Simon Bennett's throne, who also had shares in the Savannah Hotel in Mid Town. The bank was more well protected than the Bowery Bank, and had a private vault which was owned by Donato Stracci. The true mayor of the town, however, was H.H. Wellsington, who used Bennett as nothing more than his puppet.
