  • The Deserter was a young and cowardly soldier that went AWOL during the war against Blarg aggression.
  • Deserter is a trophy.
  • Cut Lawquane was a clone trooper who deserted the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars when his transport was attacked by Separatist gunships, leaving his fellow soldiers either dead or injured. The Sullustan Bokk Naarg attempted to desert the late Saw Gerrera's partisans to Imperial custody, alongside Twi'lek Sharima, in exchange for information, claiming he had realized the futility of their cause. Finn was a notable First Order military deserter who defected after becoming disillusioned during a combat assignment on Jakku, deciding he didn't want to fight for the First Order's ideals. Though he originally planned to start a new life away from the First Order, he soon found himself in service with the Resistance.
  • Deserter is the third book in the Winglets series. Taking place before the events of the main series, it shows the early life of Six-Claws up to the point of him heading to the Scorpion Den. Deserter was released as an e-book March 29, 2016, and in the paperback collection A Winglets Collection: The First Three Stories in late 2016.
  • There is also a version of this that is obtained from leaving a Random dungeon before the end.
  • The Deserter is a kid who joined the army to get money to go to college.
  • Desertion is not measured by time away from the unit, organization, or place of duty, but rather by leaving or remaining absent from their unit, organization, or place of duty, where there has been a determined intent to not return. Simply in the game - leaving ship in battle without good reason, leaving crew, flag or alliance during blockade or war... So in that way any pirate, crew or flag may be called deserter.
  • Break the weapons of at least one enemy. Disarm all 12 Lamia & Merrow for full points. Points are deducted for each enemy killed rather than forced to surrender. * You start off at (H-9) next to Raubahn. * The agents are the Lamiae and Merrows that are roaming around. * The NPC at the start tells you that you need to subdue them, but don't kill them. * "Your mission is to swiftly disarm the deviants and take them into custody." * To take them into custody, you must break their weapons. * The primary way of doing this is by using critical hits. * A Monk using Backhand Blow or SATA from a Thief or /THF will be useful. * Any weapon skill that has "Critical damage" or "Chance of critical hits vary with TP" will help too. * Have seen weapon broken with the WS

Further clicking on it says "The target has surrendered." * You only need to kill or disarm one to win the Assault. * In order to unlock the Rune of Release, talk to Raubahn back at the start. He will ask you if you want to abort. Choosing "Yes" unlocks the Rune of Release. If you kill / disarm all 12 Lamia / Merrow, that automatically unlocks the Rune as well.
