  • Carpet is a limited-time character released with the Aladdin Event Update on 16th August 2017, and is a part of the character collection.
  • Carpets are a decorative block that were added in 1.6. A carpet is a thin sheet of Wool that can be placed on the ground. Some Blocks cannot be placed directly on top of carpets, such as the Lily Pad. Carpets can be used as fuel, and they can smelt approximately 1/3 of an item per carpet. Aside from that, they currently serve no real purpose other than to be decorative. Carpets act more like a half slab because blocks cannot be placed directly on top of it like a slab. Another use for carpets is for Llamas because once a llama is tamed they can be decorated with a carpet which will produce a unique pattern depending on the carpet's color.
  • Carpet could refer to the Magic Carpet, used as a means of transportation, or to one of the following floor decorations: * Blue Carpet * Brown Carpet * Green Carpet * Oriental Carpet * Red Carpet
  • Carpet is a level 4 trade good.
  • A carpet is a piece of fabric used to cover a floor. They are fundamental to our lives. Without them, we'd have no use for vacuum cleaners. Carpets have been around for years. People who make them are known as Carpetters.
  • __TOC__ Carpet has the advantage of being warm and cosy underfoot, which is great in the winter months, and could potentially reduce the heating needs during cold seasons. Wooden flooring are currently popular. Wood and other materials that are less porous than carpet, such as tile or linoleum are easier to clean and longer lasting than carpet. Cleaning carpets annually or every eighteen months will prolong the life of your carpet, but even with good care a carpet will probably need to be replaced after 10-15 years, while a wood floor can last more than a century.
  • Carpets are Blocks that were added in Update 0.8.0 and are used for Decorational purposes.
  • Full name Class Nationality First appearanceSun in Glory (anthology) Carpet was the first mrran found by the group of refugees of the Mage Wars who would found the village of Errold's Grove. Errold himself discovered Carpet while out hunting the forest for suitable healing herbs. The large herbivore had been changed as a result of the wild magic of the first Mage Storm. Errold herded him back to the camp, where he was immediately put to use as a packbeast. He became the first of the village's mrran herd.
  • The planet Harswee, a Mandalorian world located in the Mandalore sector, was known for luxurious loom-woven rugs. The Coronet, the personal starliner of Duchess Satine Kryze of the New Mandalorians, made extensive use of Harswee carpeting. The Mandalorian leader known as Mandalore the Binder hailed from Harswee, where he grew up as the son of one of the world's rug weavers. Residences of Tatooine were known to create handwoven carpets.
  • In 2267, James T. Kirk declined Commodore Stone's offer of a permanent ground assignment, not wishing to have the issue of Benjamin Finney's apparent death swept under the rug along with himself. (TOS: "Court Martial" ) Carpet was also used in the guest quarters aboard Galaxy-class starships like in 2364 aboard the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "Conspiracy" ) In 2367, Q told Worf that he'd make a perfect throw rug in Nottingham Castle. (TNG: "Qpid" ) In 2370, shortly after borrowing Data's cat Spot Geordi La Forge complained that she coughed up hairballs all over his carpet. (TNG: "Force of Nature" )

(TNG: "Ship in a Bottle" ) In 2370, shortly after borrowing Data's cat Spot Geordi La Forge complained that she coughed up hairballs all over his carpet. (TNG: "Force of Nature" ) In 2371, shortly before USS Voyager left, Mark Johnson complained about taking home Kathryn Janeway's pregnant dog, saying he just had the rugs cleaned. (VOY: "Caretaker") In 2373, Julian Bashir sarcastically chastised General Martok for dripping blood on the carpet after treating his injury, noting that it takes days to get the stain out. (DS9: "Soldiers of the Empire") In 2375, Julian Bashir remarked that he hated the carpet that covered the bridge of the USS Defiant. (DS9: "The Dogs of War")
