| Synopsis | - In a local bank, Captain Cold is attacking. He has his Cold Gun pointed at the civilians and security guard. When the fat guard slowly reaches for his pistol, Captain Cold blasts him frozen. The villain is not playing around.
On a nearby electric pole, Animal Man is pretending to be a bird. Suddenly, he hears the bank's alarm going off. He knows there's trouble.
Animal Man busts through the sky light window on the ceiling. The civilians react with glee! Animal Man rushes to Captain Cold, who doesn't know how to react. Animal Man then points for the villain to look at the ground. Captain Cold is about to step on an innocent mouse! The mouse scurries away unharmed.
Animal Man turns to the civilians and tells them to continue on with their banking. He pays no attention to Captain Cold or the hawk that swoop down and ate the mouse.
The "hero" turns around, gives Captain Cold a dirty look, and slithers away like a snake. The villain remains uncaptured.
