Throughout the Galactic Civil War, it commanded stormtrooper forces in carrying out operations against the Alliance to Restore the Republic. After the Battle of Endor, it was fragmented among various warlords until being reunified under the Imperial Remnant. Around 128 ABY, the Corps was merged with the Imperial Army, so Command became part of Army Command. In 131 ABY, Darth Krayt, establishing his own empire, dissolved what remained of it. That caused many to defect to the Empire-in-exile.
