His true identity is actually Andros From Power rangers In Space and he is also the time pirate power rangers mentor who has had hidden all the Ranger Keys in the Time galleon he also created Skuldy & brought Zordon back to life but told Future Omega Ranger & Golden Mellenium Ranger to hide him over in the Hall of Legends Red Ranger X & Future Omega Ranger & Dimitria are the only ones that knows that Zordon has been brought back to life. Red Ranger X recruited 5 teenagers to join forces to become the Power Rangers Time Pirates. Dimitria gave him the Ranger Chest with all the Ranger Keys in and to give the pirate keys to 5 teenagers. The Pirate Rangers don't know that Red Ranger X is actually Andros in episode 71 got destroyed by staying in the Cave to keep the RangerWorld safe but he is not really dead he is busy building a new special weapon for the pirate rangers.
