| abstract | - Naraka (Japanese: ナラカ Naraka) is a dual-type Dark/Fire Legendary Pokémon. It is not known to evolve from or to any other Pokémon. Along with Savara and Vinipatika, Naraka is a part of the Afterlife Trio, and according to the Xeno myths was once an ordinary Pokémon before absorbing humanity's righteous anger and passion, but also received their rage, destructive and warring nature, and their self-loathing. It represents (though does not necessarily personify) Hell and was therefore given the title of the Hellish Pokémon. It is the version mascot of Pokémon Nether Version, appearing on the boxart, and can only be caught both within the game and within Pokémon Tether Version.
