He was voiced by the legendary actor, Christopher Lloyd, who also played Judge Doom, The Hacker, Merlock, and Kruge, and his singing voice was provided by the popular and renowned voice actor, Jim Cummings, who also voiced Razoul, Ed the Hyena, Dennis, and Steele and was also half of the singing voice of Scar from The Lion King.
