rdfs:comment
  • Mr. Hublot is a lonely, old turtle-like robot who lives in a big city where he goes about the same routine - organizing his house, altering the weather, and working the electric flowers. One day, he discovers a lonesome robot dog cowering in a cardboard box. Mr. Hublot carries on his routine but feels sorry for the dog. The next day, a garbage truck arrives and takes up the box. Fearing for the dog, Mr. Hublot frantically runs out of the house, but it is too late. He believes the dog has been crushed by the garbage truck's compactor but realizes that the dog is right next to him. Mr. Hublot takes the dog in and cares for him. One night, the dog literally grows up and Mr. Hublot remodels his house to make room for both him and the dog. As he does so, they become inseparable.
