- The Big Earner is a community-made melee weapon for the Spy. It is a broken Italian stiletto switchblade left permanently unsheathed. Three small bands of blood-stained tape are wrapped near the base of the blade. This weapon uses the default melee swing speed and the same damage as the Knife. The main feature of this weapon is the 30% cloak given on kill and a speed boost which lasts 3 seconds. This is granted even if the kill is not a backstab, and on assists, and finishing-off enemies. The drawback of weapon is that you have -25 max health, which is occasionally necessary to survive. However, this weapon excels with backstab-and-run techniques, or backstab-and-feign-death with the Dead Ringer techniques.
