| abstract | - The Ferron Holocron was created close to a thousand years ago by a powerful Force user. The holocron was created in order to store the knowledge and lore of this Force user. Over time, the Force user himself turned to the Dark side and began secreting away powerful amounts of knowledge into the construct. It was then that the first attempt on the holocron was made. Deciding that he needed to find a way to protect the holocron, the now full fledged Dark sider searched out a number of beings in the galaxy to help him craft the perfect vessel for the holocron. Eventually the Dark sider settled on utilizing Mandalorian Iron and kidnapped a Mandalorian well versed in crafting and working with beskar. It took time, but eventually the Mandalorian was bent to the Dark sider’s will. Beskar was taken and forged into a perfect, nigh indestructible vessel for the holocron construct. The holocron’s gatekeeper would be projected through part of the holocron that was for decoration, looking like an eye. Once construction was completed, the Mandalorian was killed. The Dark sider then secreted the holocron away, visiting it when he needed to utilize it. Eventually, he was killed by another Dark sider, but he didn’t not give up the location of the holocron. Rumors abound of where it is, and many people have attempted to find it. None have been successful.
