Peter was interviewed and released on police bail pending a decision as to whether to prosecute or not. Peter went to a bar to drown his sorrows and friend Ciaran McCarthy tracked him down there where barman Adrian Hapgood brusquely told him that Peter was already drunk and that they didn't want him "puking up" everywhere.
