The Guardian Warriors and Shujinko headed toward the city of Lei Chen to ask Hotaru to assist them in defeating the Deadly Alliance! When they arrived at Lei Chen, Hotaru told Shujinko and the Guardian Warriors that they had violated his ordinance and that they were to go indoors when the toll sounded! Shujinko told Hotaru that he and the Guardian Warriors had just recently arrived and that they had no knowledge of any ordinance! Hotaru told Shujinko and the Guardian Warriors that ignorance was not an excuse and that he was placing them under arrest for disregarding the laws of Lei Chen and that their trial would take place in the Realm of Order! So Hotaru arrested Shujinko and the Guardian Warriors and imprisoned them in the Realm of Order!
