WiiWare contains new games built ground-up from the Wii. The service is designed to allow small developers to put out games with low costs. Wii Channels contains channels that you can download and place on your Wii Menu. Most of them are free, however, currently you have to pay 500 Wii Points for the Internet Channel. As of October the Internet Channel is now a free download. Anyone who paid 500 points for it will be reimbursed for it by downloading a free non-imported NES game of their choice from the Wii Shop Channel. In 2009 NoE announced the "Wii Connection Ambassador, NoE Connection Ambassador Guide.program, a scheme designed to reward users for helping other new users get connected online and to the Wii Shop Channel. The service has since been launched in New Zealand and Australia.
