  • Dawn of Hope is a love duet written by Robert Veer for the leads of the opera version of William Veer's play Rusokan and Abseria. It is sung during the final act when the lovers--noblewoman Abseria and her valiant knight Rusokan--profess their love for one another as they're finally reunited. The song became famous in Remon and abroad when its soprano part was performed by Robert's daughter Delora who immortalized the role of Abseria. It was because of this song that Delora and Omaroch d'Zarnagon ended up meeting during the events of Darkness Within.
