I nearly broke a tooth!" and then deal a certain amount of damage. Although it is possible to use with Dharok the Wretched's equipment as it can reduce health at a controlled rate the Dwarven rock cake is a more popular choice as it does not go away when eaten and it is easier to obtain. Using the "guzzle" option will deal twice as much damage as using the "eat" option.
