Monica Straight is the shift lieutenant for the New York City Police Department. She gave a speech upon joining the squad that everyone was to keep a clean nose like Sam Burke and Twitch Williams who had recently received fame for their Udaku case captures. She assisted the duo in taking down the Witchkiller, aka A.J. Ritter.
