  • The Great Pyramid is a massive structure in the city of Meereen. It is the largest building in the city and it is said a thousand slaves died during its construction. At its apex lies a huge bronze harpy.
  • The Great Pyramid is a four-sided or 'pyramid'-shaped stone structure built thousands of years ago in Egypt, supposedly by the Ascended Master, Thoth. It is said to have been built by some way of levitating the stones into place. Others have speculated that it was built by teams of slaves over a number of years, though, this speculation doesn't take into account the vast amount of craftsmanship that went into the building of the Great Pyramid. Another theory of how it may have been built is that extraterritorial beings may have came to Earth to aid in and design the building of the Great Pyramid.
  • Its construction had been observed by anthropologists since 2769. They followed all of the proper time travel protocols as established by the Temporal Accord. It was the only one of the Seven Wonders of the World to survive into the modern age. (ENT: "Cold Front") The Great Pyramid was also among the images displayed by the Guardian of Forever. • In 1908, a young Indiana Jones visited the pyramid with his tutor Miss Seymour where she tested the youth on his knowledge of the Great Pyramid after they scaled one of the two smaller pyramids situated next to it, though Jones would rather have climbed the tallest. It was at the base of the pyramids where Jones first met Thomas Edward Lawrence, who stayed with the pair overnight after their guide had run off with their camels. Five years later in 1912 he was introduced to Sallah Mohammed Faisel el-Kahir at the site. There the two boys scaled the Great Pyramid together.

  • The Great Pyramid of Rafa V was an unusual, five-sided structure and the resting place of the Mindharp of Sharu. Set at odd angles, the corners between each facet of the pyramid appeared lop-sided. With a combination of magenta, apricot, mustard, aquamarine, turquoise, and lavender stone, each side was constructed with a different color, including the flattened altar at the top. The main and only entrance to the interior of the pyramid was the Key of the Overpeople to "enter without entering." The Bearer of the Key was allowed to pass through the pyramid's walls if he properly inserted the Key into the Great Lock. When the pyramid thought the Bearer was ready, it led them to a downward-spiralling tunnel upon which the history of the Rafa system was etched. The history passed through the early days of the Sharu until it opened into The Hall, the repository of the Mindharp. The remainder of the Sharu history was depicted on the walls in this room, and any individual who tried to acquire the Mindharp would have to view the remainder of the exhibits before reaching it. In 4 BBY, when Lando Calrissian, Vuffi Raa, and Mohs entered the pyramid, Calrissian was reduced in size when he approached the Mindharp. Mohs the High Singer, was blinded by the pyramid's power, allowing him to "see" beyond mortal knowledge. When Lando and Vuffi Raa returned with the Mindharp, they were surprised to learn that they had spent nearly four months inside the Great Pyramid, a stretch of time that seemed to them to last just a few hours.
