  • The story of Theresa foreshadows what happens to Boone. His constant badgering finally lead to Theresa falling to her death; he is telling this story to Locke when they discover the Beech craft. After weeks of pushing Boone to work for him, Locke now makes him climb up to the plane -- he falls and is mortally wounded. Also in this episode's flashbacks, Anthony Cooper uses his disability to guilt John into donating a kidney (somewhat mirrored in John losing the use of his legs, and asking Boone to climb for him); of course, years later, this leads to Cooper pushing John from the window. So: Cooper pushed Locke, who made Boone fall, who made Theresa fall. The logical conclusion to this would have been Cooper falling to his death. Possibly the auto accident he had before arriving on the island involved the car falling off a bridge but this is a bit of a stretch. * See also Locke's dreams: Dreaming he is Eko, Locke climbs the cliff to find Yemi there in a wheelchair.("?") He drags himself up an escalator to meet a bloodied Boone at the top ("Further Instructions"). Whenever Locke finds himself paralyzed again, it signifies that the patterns of his abusive family history are about to repeat themselves, and someone he feels responsible for will die. * When Locke is unable to speak in Season 3 he asks Charlie to keep an eye on the tent where he uses the psychoactive substance to get in contact with the Island. Charlie dies in this season. * She is Daniel's girlfriend.
