mayuko has created many songs using Kagamine Rin and Kagamine Len. Most of her songs are horror / mystery-themed and are simplistic in style. She uses her own illustration in her videos. Many of her works are inspired by Japanese folklore stories.
With the song Double Mirrors, mayuko earned the title "Legendary Kagamine Master". She also earned the title "Legendary Kagamine Len Master" with the song The 7th Me.
