  • Tuna Cashew Casserole 1 can tuna, drained (6.5 oz) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 can Chow Mein noodles (3 oz) 1 pkg. cashews, split (3 oz) Combine soup and water, stirring until blended. Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/3 of the Chow Mein Noodles. Pour mixture into greased 1 quart casserole Sprinkle reserved noodles over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
