| abstract | - Danny Seward (born 17th May 1976 in Salford) appeared on Coronation Street in October 1998 as Robbie, lead member of the band that Gary Mallett auditioned for as a drummer. Educated at Buile Hill High School, he was awarded the "Albert Finney Cup Of Drama" for his portrayal of Dr Crucible in the school's production of I was a teenage Jeckyll and Hyde. He then joined the Oldham Theatre workshop before studying for a (Bsc) Hons degree in Psychology. His other credits include roles in Emmerdale, Heartbeat, Always and Everyone, Peak Practice, The Cops, Red Cap, Where the Heart Is, Survivors, The Tudors, Moving On, Doctors and Happy Valley, while on stage he has appeared in productions of Wise Guys, Mapping the Edge and Robin Hood.
