| abstract | - Kenny Doughty (born 27th March 1975 in Barnsley, South Yorkshire) is a British actor who appeared on Coronation Street between October and December 2010 as builder Jake Harman. Having graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, he won the Best Actor award at the Palm Beach International Film Festival in 2005 for his performance as Hans Vassmann in the 2004 film The Aryan Couple. His other TV and film credits include roles in Anorak of Fire, Heartbeat, Dinnerladies, City Central, Wire in the Blood, Canterbury Tales, Gifted, Funland, Blue Murder, Shameless, Spooks:Code 9, New Tricks, Casualty, Paradox and Stella.
