  • Equipment consists of anything which can be used by a character to further enhance their aesthetics or combat power -- sometimes both!
  • In the most general sense, these are the things the characters are carrying. Also, there are a number of special quest items in each game which are necessary to win.
  • Weapons, armors, charms, runes, and blueprints are found on dead enemies or in ancient caches and obelisks. You may evaluate use, or salvage your equipment by selecting Equipment in the main menu. Use the triggers to move between sections in the Equipment screen.
  • Equipment can be used in Smash battles, Training, Smash Run, Smash Tour, Classic Mode, and Special Orders, although the option is present to turn equipment off. Equipment cannot be used in All-Star mode, Trophy Rush, or any of the Stadium mini-games. Equipment can be acquired in Smash Run, Smash Tour, Classic Mode, All-Star mode, Special Orders, Trophy Rush, Target Blast, and Home-Run Contest. White bags, green boxes, or red slots icons marked with a wrench symbol may carry either equipment or other Custom Parts. Equipment can be "fed" to amiibo to alter their stats.
  • Equipment may include armor, weapons and costumes. Worn equipment shows up in the player's statistics window, unused equipment is left in the player's inventory. The main equipment is as follows:
  • Here are the equipment items you can buy for your crab. Each equipment name is followed by a list of statistics in the following format: (Cost, damage, weight, modifiers). If you’re new to wargaming, please note that damage is annotated in terms like “1D6,” “2D6” and so on. This is gamers’ code: 1D6 means that you role 1 six-sided die to determine the weapon’s damage, 2D6 means you roll two dice and so forth. Modifiers include any factors, peculiar to the weapon, that affect firing or damage, including the “To Hit” modifier and the weapon’s maximum range.
  • With the release of the Gracia - Part 1 update, there are a total of four different weapon types and two armor types in Lineage II. The weapon and armor types are not the same as their Grade. Below are explanations of all weapon and armor types and where they can be found. как я убивал моба
  • Equipment refers to any item that can be equipped in an equipment slot, as distinguished from items that can only be carried in inventory. Most items equipped will be shown on the character itself, most notably weapons and head gear. Some Items like rings, earrings, and necklaces will not be shown on the charater.
  • Equipment is a piece of armor, weapon, or ancillary item worn by your character that protects and enhances its abilities. To break equipment down by types and functions is faily easy: Plate, Chain Mail, Leather and Robes are types of body armor. A shield is also counted as armor. * Robes of Protection [RoP] (for protection against physical attacks) and * Robes of Resistance [RoR] (worn for protection against magical attacks.) In addition to cloth classes (Cleric, Druid and Wizard) wearing robes, you will also see Rogues wearing them. Lastly, you may see all plate classes wearing RoR against Brackens, Liches and other powerful magical creatures. * Weapons can be one-handed (a Dagger, Sword, or Flail) or two-handed (a Bow, Spear or Stave.) You cannot also equip a shield with a two-handed weapon. * Weapons can be mundane or magical. If the weapon is magical it will say "of Speed, of Duarability, of Power" at the end of it. Magical weapons cannot be repaired. * Silver weapons which are very effective against undead. * Poisoned weapons which are effective against most living creatures. * Rings that behave as a spell eg Ring of Lightening Bolt * Rings that are Class Rings (make certain specials available) or increase abilities (Rogues using rings that increase stealthed steps taken.) * Rings that improve a regeneration ability eg Lesser Mana Ring * Rings that function as additional armor eg Lesser Protection Ring * Charms - Charm of Loyalty, Charm of Swiftness, Charm of Purity and Charm of Undead Cleansing. * Rafts - not equipped per se but carried in one's pack. It deploys automatically when you step onto water.
  • Each class has its own unique equipment. A player can use the gear that is specific to a different class if they own it, gaining the specific stat boosts that are granted by such equipment. However, the gear of different class will not grant the player a class equip bonus. See Class System for more details. As detailed below, you can earn equipment in various ways, including from drops, challenges, quests, or the Item Store. __TOC__
  • Equipment types include weapons and armors, and can be equipped using the wear menu. Additional equipment slots can be created by having the mutant racial feat for PCs or gene splicing in the case of pets. Additionally, Elona+ introduces Doctor Gavela, who can add random equipment slots in exchange for Life. Most equipment is randomly generated and can have a wide variety of attributes.

The following pages have pictures and info on where the items may be bought. *Performance/ability data may be added later. * Most Equipment items may be transferred from player to player. For Information on the new equipment added with Epic 6: Resurrection please visit the Ethereal equipment Page. * Ultimately a weapon's effectiveness is measured as damage per second (dps or DPS and not DPs). The above table provides only a partial picture because your character will use buffs that enhance the effect of one weapon more than another. Generally speaking: * when not buffed: the slower the weapon, the better the dps * when buffed (e.g. cleric & kahuna buffs): the faster the weapon, the better the dps * the difference is rather small in both cases I would make a small parenthesis here, to say that also your hero stats (str when melee, dex and agi when ranged) will also affect your DPS, and more then that your hero skills. That adds much for when you're planing on your next char, thinking how a soldier with 2 hnd mace will need str stones and !! mana regen !!, an assassin will need str stones (always on melee toons) and agility for even faster swings, and a champion will need str and increase crit chance, or higher crit damage. And of course, one will also need vit or pdef stones, when solo or tanking. See also: Combat
  • Equipment refers to any item that can be equipped in an equipment slot, as distinguished from items that can only be carried in inventory.
  • Equipment is a category of items that are used by players and NPCs that vary depending on the Classes and Advanced Classes that has been chosen by the player. Equipment items typically include a Durability level, suggesting that player items can be damaged and perhaps destroyed. Certain pieces of equipment may require a player to have various skills or proficiencies or ability levels. Players have a certain amount of control over their appearance. This includes collecting and wearing the best gear collected. This approach sometimes results in characters that do not look like their character type, such as a jedi knight wearing trooper armor; however, this sort of personalization seems fairly important to players---a feature was included earlier that made all gear mesh with the character type, but the play-testers didn't like it. There will be a color-matching feature that will help coordinate the appearance of gear.
  • Each player must choose two equipment modules. Equipment can do a variety of things from siphoning the health out of players, to replenishing the health in players. * Knife, allows player to use a powerful melee at point blank range. * Micro Sensor, allows players to launch a short range Sensor. * Sensor Blocker, when active the player and nearby allies cannot * Be detected by enemy sensors and HUDs. * Be locked-on to. * Be targeted by turrets. * Repair Tool, allows players to Heal themselves, allies, vehicles, deployables and their stationary counterparts. repair speed is increased by the Repair Field passive module. * Grenade, gives players 3 grenades. * Mortar Launcher, gives players 4 long-range mortars. * Det Pack, gives players 5 remotely detonated, sticky explosives.

  • Equipment is a series of weapons featured in Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010). It allows players to attack one another with a series of weapons such as spike strips that can inflict damage to any vehicle it crosses. Equipment is available on both sides of the law to create a balanced game although some are just available for one side such as Turbo which can only be used by Racers and Helicopter that can only be used by Cops. All equipment will take some time to recharge after each use and are available in limited amounts. Equipment can be upgraded, once the player reaches a certain milestone from the amount of uses of the equipment.

  • In most MMOs, equipment is an important part of combat; players eventually find the “optimal” build and nearly every high level, hardcore cleric wears the same set of armor. In TCoS, though, “gear is purely for looks,” Selachii explained. “In combat, it has no direct effects. That said, some of your gear works as a container for , which are items that enhance your stats, however the type of gear you use doesn’t affect the Sigils you can use. As a high level player, you can run around in a cloth and a bare chest and you won’t suffer compared to players in shining armor.” However, there is some equipment that affects your character by inserting into them. can be inserted into and . • Playable characters have five slots used to equip items. From top to bottom, they are: * Weapon * Off-hand * Headgear * Bodygear * Accessory The only exception to this scheme are dual-wielding users (Aka and Varia), who have a second Weapon slot instead of an Off-hand slot. What can be equipped in a given slot usually depends on the character, but there are a few characters that can use items from more than one category. There are also a few items that can be used exclusively by a specific character - they're listed below, but you can find out more information on the Custom Equipment page. The tables list the store prices. Some shops may offer discounts, influenced by the investments you have made. Where it's possible to sell items, they are accepted at half their "true" price, which is not necessarily the price at which you bought those items. __TOC__

  • Nearly every playable character in the series has a variety of equippable Weapons, which generally determine attack power, element and status effects for the Attack command and other physical abilities. In almost every Final Fantasy game, Armor can also be worn to increase a character's defense. The number of armor slots available range from a single bracelet or shield in Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy X, to the many equipment slots in Final Fantasy XI allowing armor to be equipped to a character's head, neck, body, legs, hands, feet, back, and waist in addition to using shields and wearing rings and earrings. Accessories are often included to provide a number of different special effects, from preventing status ailments to changing one command ability to another to inverting the effects of recovery items. In several games, multiple accessories can be equipped at once: two accessory slots are available in Final Fantasy VI and Final Fantasy X-2, a maximum of four slots can be gained in Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy XIII-2, and up to ten different accessories can be equipped simultaneously in Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy. Most commonly, the equipment slots available allow a character to equip a weapon, an off-hand item such as a shield or second weapon, headgear, body armor, and one or more accessories.

A really nice feature of Atlantica Online over many other MMORPGs is that lots of equipment can be worn and then either traded or resold. It is recommended that your secondary should be a handgun. It is advisable to grab any gun you can find, but stick with the ones that are the most effective. Although guns can be a number one on your list they do make a lot of sound so they can attract them so it then might be hard to get away.

  • Some pieces of equipment have special abilities that can be "Used" in battle like normal items, although there is always a chance they might break when Used. Broken equipment can still be equipped to gain its normal stat boosts, but its "Use effect" cannot be activated. If broken, equipment can be taken to any vendor (regardless of whether that shopkeeper sells that type of equipment) to have it repaired to full working condition; repairing broken items costs one-fourth the item's purchase value. Broken equipment can be sold, but for only one-half its purchase value. If sold, the broken equipment is automatically repaired (items normally sell for three-fourths their purchase value, meaning broken items have the repair cost deducted from their sell cost). It should be noted that a piece of equipment does not have to be equipped for its effect to be activated, although it must be in the inventory of an Adept that can equip it.
