However, CC-2705's most notable action was the Battle of Kashyyyk, in which he fought alongside the Wookiees against the Confederacy of Independent Systems. After a lengthy battle, the Republic was nearing victory, but then the clone troopers received contingency Order 66. CC-2705 was not around any Jedi when it was issued, but later helped in the search for Grand Master Yoda when he escaped from another commander.
