Currently owns land in Caledon II, Caledon SteamSkyCity, and in Black sims. His shops exist in all three locations. Thadicus builds both Steampunk and Modern vehicles. His Steampunk vehicles are in the automobile, aircraft, airship, and spacecraft classes. Many vehicles incorporate the TCS (Terra Combat System)into their abilities.
