Force Blaze can't be learned, mostly because it hasn't been studied like Force Lightning has been, but i can be imitated. With great concentration a force user can vibrate the particles in the air or around a person to the point where they ignite. But due to the great need of concentration and draw on the force its a impractical imitation.
