| abstract | - Darth Waffe was a male Nazzar Sith Apprentice of the One Sith. Still a boy during the Second Imperial Civil War, Waffe went into hiding with his master, Darth Rayz, after the death of Darth Krayt in 138 ABY. Rayz continued to train his apprentice as the two sought ways to undermine the Galactic Federation Triumvirate. Waffe was an eager pupil, but by 154 ABY had come to believe he had nothing more to learn from his master, and hoped to find a way to dispose of Rayz and become the Sith Master himself. The two Sith journeyed to Coruscant in 154 to seek out the holocrons of Darth Ramage and Darth Chosis, which were being sold on the Coruscant black market. They were unable to locate the holocrons, but did locate former Jedi Eche Parunam, who was on the same search. Stalking Parunam for days, they finally tracked her to the warehouse where Synix Fer'faloon had hidden the holocrons. Parunam escaped briefly, and the Sith pursuit was complicated when Rahli bombed the catwalk they were on, leaving a gap too wide to jump. The Sith ran around and found Eche, mortally wounded and stripped of the holocrons. Both sensed mortal danger, and Darth Waffe thought to leave his master to perish while escaping himself. He struck at Darth Rayz, but realized too late his master was still more powerful when Rayz dodged, drew out his lightsaber, and crippled Waffe with one blow. The Nazzar had only seconds to lament his failure before the grenade Parunam had activated blew up, killing him.
