  • Invaders from Minerva
rdfs:comment
  • Invaders from Minerva was an American motion picture made in the 1950s. It came to be regarded as a low-budget science fiction classic turkey. It featured what the filmmakers imagined to be Minervans, whose costume zippers were clearly visible in several scenes. Sarah Levitt, a member of the 1989 American expedition to Minerva, had seen the movie on television at least two dozen times since her childhood. During the Skarmer-Omalo War, Mission Commander Emmett Bragg joked that the ship's supply of weapons must have been prepared with the movie version of the natives in mind.
