rdfs:comment
  • Johnny Wynn (October 14, 1931 - ) is a former NASCAR driver from Grand Rapids, MI. He competed in twenty-one Sprint Cup Series events in his career, earning five top-tens. All of his races came in 1966, finishing 38th in points after a solid season. Wynn started off quickly, finishing 12th in his debut at Martinsville and then earned a pair of career-best 6th place finishes at Hampton and Macon. After that, however, Wynn began to falter a little. He would fail to finish nine of his races that year, though just eight of them would be mechanical and not Wynn's fault. He would still earn a pair of 7ths later in the year as well as a 10th place finish to bring his season total up to five top-tens. After engine failure at Columbia, Wynn's season was over and he would never race again.
