Darthipediasta ja Wookieepediasta tuli virallisia ystäviä 30. toukokuuta 2008. Tämä mitätöitiin myöhemmin Darthipedian aloitteesta, koska Wookieepedian ylläpitäjät estivät aiheetta käyttäjiä, jotka olivat aktiivisia sekä Darthipediassa että Wookieepediassa.

While the site prides itself on being "evil", and the humor is at times rather acerbic and cynical, the community does hold itself to certain standards of conduct (for example, direct attacks on other users is expressly forbidden).

| abstract | - Darthipedia is a Star Wars humor wiki founded by the user Gonk on August 10, 2007. A large number of Wookieepedia articles have been parodied on Darthipedia, as have a number of pages from the Star Wars Fanon Wiki. While the site prides itself on being "evil", and the humor is at times rather acerbic and cynical, the community does hold itself to certain standards of conduct (for example, direct attacks on other users is expressly forbidden). On April 1, 2008, in a coordinated attempt at an April Fools' Day prank, Wookieepedia's main page was turned completely into Aurebesh and directed users to Darthipedia for an English translation of the site. Darthipedia was also altered to appear like a poorly translated copy of Wookieepedia, with the title intentionally misspelled as "Wookiepedia" and the site's banner being adorned with two AT-ATs in a posture similar to that of elephants during reproduction. The site did not return to relative normality until April 4th. Darthipedia claims to have over 582 million articles, largely due to their Jax Pavan project, where every Jax Pavan that lived on Coruscant was to be given an article on the wiki using a droid (wiki bot).
