In a typical IMF Sting Phelps and Rollin pose as a conman for Mrs Hager and a hired killer for Erik Hager! In the end the IMF manage to switch the metal grill on the Hager's car for one made of the crooks own Platinum and then "accidently" smash the car grill in front of Border guards--with the Hagar arrested for attempted Platinum smuggling!
