  • Chris DeMarcus is a music producer and recording engineer based in Vancouver, Canada. Associated with the Vancouver Punk, Industrial, and Heavy Metal scenes, Chris has worked with bands such as Front Line Assembly and The Black Halos, but is probably best known as the Head Engineer at Harbourside Studios, where he started as an assistant. More recently he has worked for artists such as Dismantled, The Primes, Entropia, The Boss Martians, and Vincet Cordel. He also plays in the Canadian Industrial Metal Disco act Stiff Valentine, who has recently released their Loveless EP.

He also plays in the Canadian Industrial Metal Disco act Stiff Valentine, who has recently released their Loveless EP. Chris is originally from the US, but relocated in Vancouver to further his music career in 2003. He is also credited under the name "Loud" Chris DeMarcus. Before moving to Vancouver, Chris was an independent film maker. This carried over to his audio and music carrier, where he has worked with clients such as Subway (restaurant), E*TRADE, 2010 Winter Olympics (VANOC), and Men In Trees (TV Show).
